I cleaned up in Walmart today. 35 dollars worth of incense, liquid potpourris, warming oils and tea lights.
I have cleaned out all my burners, made a lovely tin foil cover for my wittle cherrywood table, so it won't get burned or singed in case of an accident. Made new little holders for all the goodies.
No more stinking burn smell coming in the window from next door - those who can not cook to save their lives and the stink of their literally rotting car, one of those pre SUV monster things that make all the noise, and shakes the house to the very foundations.
The only bad thing that happened because of this, one of the more expensive bottles of oil leaked on the way home {the Rose scented one} - so what did the clever and thrifty me do - using it for a new garbage bag.
I can only imagine what the woman behind the counter was thinking, when I just kept pulling it out of the cart. I wish they had those small basket things in Walmart, but I suppose they expect you to buy the whole store. Well by the time I got done there wasn't alot left in that department, and to top off the beautiful haul - I got all Hosley stuff and they don't test on animals. So I can wallow guilt free.
I also got the cutest little flower burner with a set I got. :)
I retidied up my "fragrance cabinet" a big plastic one I got in Staples for my pen palling needs a hundred years ago, till that became too expensive, so now it holds all my aromatic and candle goodies.
Today was a good day. At the moment I am enjoying my new Bamboo and Jasmine simmering potpourri blending with the smell of the bag and my real Jasmine blossoms from outside.
